Overview: A sewing factory owner of Lebanese descent rapes a female worker, kills his homosexual partner to frame him for embezzlement, and murders a woman he falls in love with because she is Mexican and he does not want to mix their bloodlines. A detective follows his trail and, just as he has enough evidence to prove his guilt, the 1985 earthquake strikes and he dies.
