Overview: Bielefeld is monitored and controlled. Behind this is the 'Municipal Energy and Communication Interest Group', or SIEkom for short. First and foremost is Somo Bishi, a power-obsessed creep operating in the background, for whom no path is too immoral to achieve his goals.
